We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone. In the case of tablets, you may also be required to install an application to aid with troubleshooting. For products where installation is provided by our sellers, please do not open the product packaging by yourself. In this, the replacement period commences from the date of installation.
For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised seller’s service personnel and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service peoples orates that substituting the defective/ flawed part will not resolve the problem.

For Lingerie (top-wear), it should be unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact. For Beauty Products, please note that we don’t provide any TESTER or SAMPLE of product displayed. You can return and ask for replacement for your beauty product / skin care item within 07 days. We will not provide refund of that item. The item will be returned and replaced only if item is not used, its packaging is intact and should have tag with it (if any). Used , Spoiled and damaged product will not be applicable for replacement.|
|Electronics: Mobiles and Appliances: Air Conditioners, Chimneys, Water Geysers, Microwave Ovens, Televisions, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryers and OTG||You can request for a replacement within 07 days of delivery/installation (as applicable). Assistance shall be provided to troubleshoot any issues that you may face, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If a defect is determined within the 07-day period following delivery/installation, a replacement of the same model will be provided. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 07 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues. During an exposed container delivery, in case you encounter issues like different product received or damage on the product at the time of accepting delivery of your order, you can request for refund as per applicable policies. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, the amount paid will be immediately returned. to you. No return request will be processed after you have accepted delivery of an order, except in cases where you have encountered manufacturing defects in an accepted product. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable|
Certain sellers offer flexible return policy. The customer will be offered the same terms if we are able to get such from those sellers. Every return and replacement will be done with full procedures which may take time.
Please note there will be a small fee that will be charged for every return except for those where there are either manufacturer’s defaults or defects. In case of manufacturer’s defects, your item(s) will be replaced. In cases where a return is requested by the customer and the actual manufacturer is known to have closed its business in Zambia then the liability of the returns will not be with Vrikshop. In cases where wrong item has been delivered, you will be required to notify us within two (2) working days and we will engage our team to pick up that item from your place and deliver the correct order at no extra fee. For any deliveries returned due to non-delivery because the customer location could not be traced or customer did not provide adequate information for a driver to arrive at customer’s location then the customer product will be returned back to our premises and the customer will be billed 50% of the total cost of product inclusive of transport and other fees and the balance will be refunded back to the customer.
